This course supports all new teachers at ISH in embedding formative assessment strategies into their everyday classroom practice. Participants will explore our shared approach to formative assessment at ISH, engage with resources on the Formative Assessment @ ISH Portal, and plan and teach a lesson using one or more of the five key strategies of formative assessment.
⏳ Approx. 1.5-2 hours/week over 5 weeks (asynchronous)
📅 Flexible start until the week of 6th October
🤝 Final face-to-face session on 19th November (Wednesday afternoon)
👥 Optional: Participants may also book one (or more) 15-minute 1:1 appointment(s) with the course facilitator – Silvia Semana – at any point during the course to ask questions, explore ideas, or get personalised support.
