This page explains the information handled when you visit ISH Academy. Inform is powered by WordPress, Innovate contains static resources, and Learn is powered by Moodle.

What is collected

The web server may record routine technical information such as the page requested, the time, browser information and an internet address. If you sign in, WordPress or Moodle also processes the account information and activity needed to provide that service.

Cookies and local preferences

WordPress and Moodle may use cookies for sign-in, security and session continuity. The Contrast and Font switches store only your display choices in this browser under ishacademy:contrast and ishacademy:font.

Embedded and linked services

Some resources link to or embed services outside ISH Academy. Those services apply their own privacy and cookie rules when you open or use them.

Retention

Moodle’s public Data retention summary currently states “No retention period was defined” for its listed areas. This line should be reviewed by the Moodle administrator before this privacy draft is published.
