Why am I using it?Use it only for the intended purpose.
Do I need all of it?Only use the personal data you actually need.
Is it accurate and up to date?Correct information when necessary.
Do I still need to keep it?Do not keep personal data unnecessarily.
Am I keeping and sharing it safely?Protect it and only give access to people who need it.
